Villa Emari is a charming and peaceful countryside residence, surrounded by rows of olive trees. Pass the villa's gates and up a long driveway, you will reach this rustic haven.

Spanning across 200 square metres of living area, the villa splits into two floors. The open concept main floor showcases an open plan living area, dining room and a modern kitchen , with an easy access bathroom and laundry area, all on the first floor.

The internal wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where you will find three spacious bedrooms with queen size beds each, a large bathroom and a balcony overlooking the property.  

A spacious terrace off the main floor, offers plenty of relaxation space where you can enjoy the sun and peaceful surroundings. A great area to enjoy an outdoor meal and a glass of wine, while watching the sunset. The beautiful Dalmatian rock incorporated within the stone walls that carry throughout the entire property add to the rustic feel of this private villa.

Villa Emari features a fantastic dining area with an outdoor barbecue and extensive grounds where the swimming pool is located. The swimming pool provides a beautiful unobstructed views of the surrounding hills. This is a truly idyllic setting for relaxing under the Dalmatian sun.
